The many years of experience being our starting point, we have set out to manufacture our Mod. C45 Vertical FFS Machine.
Of course all of this has been carried out respectiong the guidelines of the Campagnolo philosophy: simplicity and quality manufacture, compactness, reliability, easy to use.
The electronic part is made up of non-proprietary components and interfacing with the operator is performed thanks to a LCD 3.8" colour touch-screen.
 
The wrapping material starting from reel is formed around a forming tube and thermally sealed both vertically and horizontally. It is then driven by a couple of rubber padded self.centering belts.
 
Filling performed by the dosing units takes place in perfect synchronicity

In bulk:

Seeds, dried fruit, dried fruit and legumes, cereals, dried mushrooms, biscuits, baked goods, candies, popcorn, chips, snacks, short pastas, mozzarella, frozen vegetables and other products, small metal or plastic items, spare parts, etc.

 

Flowing and powders products:

Ground coffee and coffee beans, cocoa, rice, sugar, semolina, salt, pepper, talc, pudding, powdered milk, spices, potato starch, various kinds of flours, detergents, chemical products, granulated products, milk, water, etc.
